In current day, Atlanta finds itself at a crossroads. How can the city grow and thrive into the metropolis it has now become but still respect its roots? How do we invite the new residents of the city without forgetting the residents that have been here since the beginning of the city? We need a meeting place. A place where residents new and old feel welcome and find a common ground. Black Coffee aims to be that meeting place. That place where the artist, the businessman, the entrepreneur can convene over a hand-crafted beverage. A place where students from the illustrious historically black college center in Atlanta can study, a spot for the ever-growing art scene in Atlanta to come alive. A coffee shop for the culture; locally owned and operated.
